At Funklub, our customers are our first priority, please see our easy exchange policy below
Eligibility:
Any item purchased can be exchanged within 30 days, once the item has been delivered, the customer has given the proof of purchase.
Please note that items purchased on discount or on sale are not eligible for exchange.
Conditions for Exchange:
Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. You will be required to share proof if you have received an item that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.
Online Exchange Process:
Please contact our customer service department by emailing us at Funklub12@gmail.com or you can call us at +923778906596. Provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep.
It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified.
Return Policy:
At Funklub, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Please provide proof of your order, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email/phone to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the
item is defective or was sent in error.
Our Refunds Policy:
We will be happy to exchange or refund your money once we receive the returned item, in the original packaging before use.and with a receipt or proof of purchase. We will process a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds will be for the full amount of the item, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged or altered in any way.
